The country is already decided - he's purchased some 98,000 acres in Paraguay and sent his daughter there to close the deal some time ago - although most of it was supposed to be secret some foreign newspapers carried the story - US sites that had the story for some reason have all had their pages and links about it removed except the overall picture here:
