View Full Version : If the media was as hard on FDR as Bush, we'd have lost WW2
I offer definitive proof.

Free speech, education, science and gays are the obviously the biggest issues facing this country.

Foolish pride will not make up for a complete lack of brain power.

LOL. If Bush had prosecuted the War in Iraq as wisely as FDR prosecuted WWII, the press and the People would be behind him.

Harry Truman bombed civilians with atomic bombs on this anniversary - part of the downward moral spiral. FDR began the Manhatton Project years before WWII began in the US and some say he let Pearl Harbor happen to get the war going. War profiteering was popular with the corporate types then too. WWI had the Sam Bush "merchants of death". Prescott Bush funded Hitler. War is a racket. The racketeers are often related genetically.

Those racketeers wouldn't happen to be half interstellar alien reptillian type creatures and human beings would they Judy?

Dzilard and Einstein sold FDR on atom bombs in 1939--- 3 yrs before WWII. Einstein said on his deathbed that was the one thing he truly regretted doing. Dzilard previously tried to sell the project to England -- they didn't buy.

What? In what way has the media been hard on Dubbya? From the outset, he has been thei darling. In 2000 there was no questioning of his appointment-nor was there questioning in 2004.And lets be honest about 2004-exit polls were wrong, but a mere 30 days later Bush was so sure the Ukraine elections were fixed BASED ON EXIT POLLS. The media couldnt put that together.
They neverquestion his inordinant amount of vacation time,to the point that now they dont even say he is on vacation. They call his estate a ranch, there has been no reporting of property purchases in Paraguay, Cindy Sheehan has been demonized and the list could go for miles.
I think the biggest outrage to most Americans is the unfair bias leaning towards Bush.

The media was biased towards FDR as well. They never showed him as the crippled, bitter old man he was.

It is not just Bush, although he is a huge & painful problem,
it is a whole convention of thinking that is completely twisted & distorted.
Americans think in fuzzy fantasies rather than clear, concise facts.
um, isn't "objectively hate" sort of an oxymoron?
