The Courts Martial are because of their own decision making. It sucks.. but they are the ones responsible for it getting that far.

The Courts Martial are because of the liberal attitude being forced upon our military by the PC police in the congress and whitehouse. A terrorist is captured by our military and suffers ONLY a bloody lip? He should feel fortunate to still be breathing. That's great.. I did read the article. However, these men put themselves in the situation they are facing. If they had bent over and took the big green weenie through an NJP they would have been back to work within hours.
It was they who decided to pursue the charges by way of Courts Martial. I have no sympathy for them whatsoever.. and our Congress has more things to worry about than a few Navy Seals crying because they don't want to get in trouble.

I spent most of my childhood around Navy SEALS, My step father was a SEAL and while I think this whole thing is stupid. I also think they will get their time in court as they asked for and if they are innocent they should get off.
