View Full Version : Ha ha ha - you folks picking up on this new "Terror Scare" federal hoax
You remember how, a few days ago, it was front page typ-of-the-hour news that the terrorists were testing the airline security with sneaky stuff like blocks of cheese with wires and icepacks with wires and ducttape?
Watch for the old lady with the icepacks on the news.
"Do you know Osama Bin Laden?".

Security removed the hinges from my suitcase (which had my little portable elna sewing machine in it as well as clothing, shoes) after I missed a flight from Frankfurt (not my fault) but the suitcase had been sent on to LAX. They paid enough to cover the damage but what a mess at the airport with a dysfunctional suitcase going through customs. Ugh. They are teaching us to hate flying. (A sewing machine clearly does not look like a bomb under an x-ray). Tiny seats, no room to use a laptop, squalling kids. Unpredictable flights. Sleeping in airports when flights get cancelled. Groan. What exciting fun....not!

You must admit that a sewing machine is an unusual piece of baggage. And you shouldn't have had it locked.
Ever since they went to the hub system treating humans like baggage, I've lost all respect for the airline indistry. But consumers who insist on cheap fairs deserve what they get.

I've always wondered why the U.S. government puts so much emphasis on airports and planes, but never mentions U.S. subways, buses, or trains. If there is a so called war on terror, then why isn't the U.S. government, and Bush just as concerned about subways, buses, and trains, especially since if a terrorist really wanted to hit somewhere in the U.S., these three forms of transportation have been wide open for the killing since 911-yet, no terrorist attackes. And, according to ol' Bush, terrorists have been staking out places in the U.S. to attack-yet, still, Bush has never mentioned, subways, buses, and trains. Could it be that the Bush administration is full of sh%$t, and maybe are the terrorists, too. Just a thought.:disbelief:

There are limited resources to fight the WOT, so a cost-benefit analysis would determine that airlines are realtively easy to police and have the most potential for destruction.

Well, there's a natural tendency for any organization to "fight the last war, not the next one", so I don't begrudge them pretending to obsess on the airlines.
It's the fake terror scare stories, that turn out to be a 61 year old grandmother with icepacks to soothe her bad back, puffed up to be part of a claimed trend for "attack testing", that seems incredibly shady to me.
I'd love to find out more information on the claim that people were trying to take processed chese in their carry-on, to test wether they could sneak explosives aboard. So far no news on that one.
You know that it's a scare tactic when you they search humans but allow outside delivery vehicles to drive right up to the planes and often don't even check IDs. At any time someone could drive up and load a box full of TNT on a plane with a timer.

All of our bones are supposed to dissolve with fear everytime we get the 'terrorism' run around.
We are supposed to turn into hysterical, helpless nudibranch,
'please mister big strong government man, tell me every groveling thing i need to do so you can rescue me.'
Shock & Awe of 911 is only most effective the first time round.
If you start trying it over & over again, people begin to start asking the practical questions like 'WTF is the jumbo jet missing from the pentagon 911 videos?'
OR 'How come nationwide exit polling in 2004 was a COMPLETE mis-match on the presidential election?'
the term 'terrorism' is supposed to be an automatic brain-logic disconnect.
There are terrorist cells in the US & they are called the NSA.

The fabricated 'war on terrorism' is an attempt by the NSA to train the American public to eat shit as a reflex action.
Want my civil rights? np
Want to loot the treasury? np
Want to steal an election? np
Want to criminally spy on every domestic phone call & email? np
NSA: making Americans shit eaters, one terrorism act at a time.
