So I was having a discussion with a friend of mine about the major news outlets and we both agreed that it is pointless to watch them.
I don't subscribe to the Fox News Network but I do have MSNBC as part of a package so I watch it once in a while and CNN.
I find MSNBC to be a total joke and nothing more than outspoken hosts who only accept guests who will agree with them and laugh at their hilarious jokes.
CNN does nothing but divide people by their race and tries way too hard to be PC. I do not trust that station one bit. When a puppet like David Gergan is the voice of reason something is wrong.
So where can I go? where can I get a fair and honest view of the events going on in the USA and the world?
Is there anywhere that both liberals and republicans agree is fair?
Where is the news source for the independant?

There is no choice for true Independents.
We're stuck with "that famous liberal bias" or "Fox Lies" .
You newspaper, if your lucky enough to have one , has an editorial board that leens slghtly left
or tilts right, maybe they play it straight now and then just for credability.
So you can't " shoot up the evening news " ( Jackson Browne) anymore.
You have to come here and find it by your own means.

Fair is prob not the right word here....
IMHO the best source"Z" plural) is/are outside the box--- Those not so deep in the trees that they can't see the forest nor have an interest in the outcome...
------------- If you are looking form some perfect source for news or information it is like looking for the perfect love----- It will only ever exists in your own mind.............. & then likely not very long.....
My 2 cents
If you are looking form some perfect source for news or information it is like looking for the perfect love
I've come pretty close to that.
Well, as I explain to my lovely wife it would be perfect if she was rich and had a bisexual lesbian lover that came to visit once a month that looked just like Uma Thurman.
The best news source is your own web browser. I scan over a dozen different news feeds every day and visit sites that consolidate news as well. Any one that depends on a single news source knows that they're being scammed but just won't admit it.

While it has a right bent, it seems more libertarian-leaning. John Stossel is a big contributor to that site.
