Bush has turned teh Supremes into a ruibber stamp for big business now, does anybody dispute this?

So, in effect, by turning the supremes into puppets, he has destroyed them as a branch of government.

Two branches of government now destroyed, the executive and the judiciary.

Which makes congress the only game in town.

It would be great if we could get judges who actually follow the constitution, however the presidents only select guys who will pass their big government, big business agendas and government dependence programs.

Congress will pass plenty of legislation and regulation that they have no constitutional right to do so, hurting small business. Raising the minimum wage is a good one. The federal government has no constitutional authority to raise the minimum wage, yet they will. Big business will love it, it will hurt the little guys and keep competition low.

Pretty much the free market is dead and we are moving toward a fascist/socialist government where government controls the economy. That's what the people want though, democracy in action.

He's pretty much destroyed congress as well. The dems want to cut earmarks by 50%. That will still be 5 to 6 times greater then BD (Before Dubya). Even then the dems won't really cut earmarks. People may have good intentions but in the end when you offer them so much free tax payer they'll want to take it.

When looking at Dubya's resume it's easy to see that he's only been successful when selling political favors and that includes time with daddy for shares in his companies.

Most of Dubya's supporters have never heard of PNAC which shows they don't understand the Republican party and most have never heard of Harken or Arbus which shows they don't research candidates.

While you can blame Dubya, he's the puppet that was placed in power by PNAC and PNAC wants world domination, well at least control of the moral values and profits of the world.

If you think this is bad wait until a lobbyist is elected President (Thompson) or the next Bush Boy. They will both make Dubya look like a religious man.

As long as we continue to vote for the Reps and Dems big business and the lazy win, hard working Americans lose.

The supremes sure told those commie school districts a thing or two today, eh?

All the white power folks are gonna be dancing tonight. "kept them darkies in their God Ordained place - Alito and Roberts are like 'teh gods'!".

Kres, that 12 year old girl is looking damn prescient, doncha think?

She understood the economy better than you did.
