Gearing up for an independent run for President. I actually think he has a good chance if he doesn't turn stupid.

He's going to pull a Nader. He's going to take votes from people that refuse to take a stand just like Nader did in 2000. He's not doing this for himself and he's not doing this for the Democratic Party.

competition always favors the consumer

the two party system is broke

ya know I own a house in NYC and owned it when Giuliani was mayor.

Rudy goes around bragging about tax cuts but I remember my property taxes going up around 5 to 7% every year

TAX CUTS????? he couldn't even keep the increases in pace with inflation

I might vote for Bloomberg if he doesn't get stupid like Moby said

I'd think it would be more like a Ross Perot. I actually think he stands a chance of winning. Not because he's the best candidate (he's pretty good though)...but because both parties have become ridiculous caricatures of politicians. Republicans basically suck, there's no logical reason why they should win (then again the american people defy logic at times), and the Democrats made a blunder by not acting stronger on the mandate given by the voters.

If ever a third party candidate had a chance of winning...it's now. The political climate is right for a 3rd party candidate to do it.
