Funny I don't feel any smaller.....lol

Our minuteness cannot be express graphically I am afraid....

I believe we think in terms that cannot begin to grasp our insignificance....

I think one only need go to a dark area (no light pollution) & look up... Reaching up for the stars one is lucky to touch a nearby branch...

And even all these inconceivably monstrous objects are still nothing to the unending emptiness of space, all just a few degrees above absolute zero.

Space is very cold, very empty & very huge,

& according to inflation theory our viewable 26 billion lightyear area of the universe is as one molecule of H2O is to an entire drop of water.

Maybe it is just best not to think about it too much, other than some vague notion of empty, cold & far away.

I could be wrong but I believe I heard the Earth in conjunction to the size of our galaxy (just our galaxy alone, there are hundred of billions of galaxies out there) is like the size of a grain of sand to the size of Earth itself.

Heck, when I go out an look up at the stars, I feel small enough then. However, this makes me feel non-existent........And to think of the egos that believe we are the only inhabitants in the universe.......:lmao2:

The thing to understand is we have VERY little chance of prolonged survival, let alone success,

That is why we must become reliable for one another as well as demand some level of reliability from others.

Either we take care of ourselves or we do not get taken care of.

Please check all ridiculous ego-ed notions at the door, because we don't have time nor resources to waste on nonsense.

It goes on in every direction forever without end.....Or does it?

It is too big and too much for even God to contemplate.....Or is it?

Maybe even the universe is but one pixel on a magnificent jumbotron?

Maybe that jumbotron is a speck on a painting hanging in a cosmic gallery?

The only thing that rivals the scale of the universe is our own insignificance.

I'm drunk and I'm going to bed.....Good-nite universe.

don't feel small, feel your life as part of the world, which is part of the universe.

Breathe Deeply. in and out, can you feel the life force around you?
Aren't you simply another part of it all?

Connect yourself to the world, connect yourself to the eternalness of energy.

You are part of the Big Picture.

Think of life, all reality as we know it, being just one big life-long acid trip. All we know, is only as good as our senses ... all just recreating in our minds our senses' interpretation of what's not part of us, the "world out there," based on their limitations - so in essence, all reality only takes place in our heads.

And could our minds, our individualities, be something more than merely the nexus of our senses?

So then, what really is reality?

No. acid is a temporary door to altered state, that might give you some insights, from the feeling. or visual you get.

This is the opposite.
True unadulterated CONSCIOUS procees of the empty mind free from distractions.

One simply has to be in nature ( more effevctive) feel the world life forms, see them as they go about their daily activites, and connect your doing the same.

Theusconnecting your own self chi to the natural world.

Simply regard yourself as one of the life forms on this planet.
an aminal that also has a spirit (self awareness, and understanding )
There are various tecnigues, yoga for the body or tai chi, or simple meditation, or chanting.

If you're buzzed, you connected to your internal feelings, not the worlds experience..

There are moredisciplined approaches, but this is all i've been able to accomplish.

You feel your life force, as an internal energy, seperate from, but the same as all life -right?

Your mind is your consciousness, as well as your base desires, and your rational ,or irrational ideas that come and go.

empty out all the fleeting thoughts that distract your conscious mind.

The idea is that the Universe is a 4-Dimensional sphere.

Since it would appear that many [most?] blackholes at the center of Galaxies have material spinning into them, rather than falling straight in,

it might appear to be a kind of Coriolis effect & that this 4-D sphere is spinning on some axis.

So one might pose that our 4-D sphere Universe is spinning.

Our planet is flying around the Sun at 67,000 mph [+-1000 mph at the equator],
the Sun is flying around our Milky-Way center at some unknown rate,
The Galaxies are flying around & occasionally spinning & colliding,

& then on top of that the WHOLE UNIVERSE may be spinning?

but luckily we are so agile we take all this, without even needing a seatbelt to keep up strapped in place.

Keep a grip, it could be a rough ride from time to time. :)

schizophrenia from LSD?? I doubt it.
I tripped 4 years EVERY day in highschool, and it was good acid, a lot of time Sandoz.

If one is presidposed, i guess it could triger it.

I've never had a flashback, or been unable to stop a trip, when the chemicals wear off.
Maybe i just got lucky?

An autobiography of Inner Space is indeed what is happening here. Dolphin researcher turned consciousness explorer reaches heights that Timothy Leary so much admired about him. The book journeys from his youth to his research days at the dolphin labs and his scientific and personal discoveries and relays them to the reader in such humbleness that one cant help but to empathize and rejoice in his discoveries. Once his dolphin research was abolished, he took it upon himself to turn to neurology and neurological drugs, i.e. LSD-25, or as they called it "Pure Sandoz." It is here where his naieve approach to drugs really comes out in his writing, as he was not afraid of them, but also had never tried them (LSD in particular). Lilly read everrything he could on LSD before trying it (study before trial, similar to magic and all forms of initiation. Today with psychedelic drugs illegalized almost everywhere in the world (a conspiracy if you ask me), Lilly never condones this method (drugs) to attain self knowledge. Lilly in his deep moments of self reflection and depression understood that it could be achieved through other means without drugs. From here, is where he finalizes his journey. A marvelous book, unfortunately now its out of print, however, if you should find a copy, it would be worth your while to pick it up. I am also assuming you are somewhat familiar with John Lilly, either through Professor Leary or Robert Anton Wilson, in which it will not be a waste of a purchase.

Many Eastern belief systems involve a subjective interpretation of quantum physics. The My Big TOE videos suggest that reality cannot be separated from the observer. And on a broader scale, consciousness itself is the missing factor in Einstein's Unified Field Theory.

It all comes full-circle.
