View Full Version : One of my heroes is going free.
Dr Jack Kevorkian. My man!
They did their best to destroy him - I hope that when I'm old, and possibly facing a horrible death, I'll have the right to pass intentionally into death if I so choose.

Government knows best. We must squash freedom at all cost. Two people should not be able to enter into a contract that affects no one other than the two parties involved, if government disagrees with the result.
Here is an interesting page about Jack:

"What a sin to put this guy in jail for relieving pain & suffering caused by disease and an inept medical establishment. Come one America move into at least the 20th Century!
If we are looking for someone to jail...How about some of those clowns in Washington starting at the top!"

Kevorkian is a good example of how "free" we really are. When you start carefully looking at the shit the government is regulating, how they're removing freedoms at every turn, how they're making the decisions for us...you start to understand the notion of freedom is just that a notion.
I have a basic rule...let people do whatever the hell they want as long as they don't jeopardize others. Want to do drugs? Fine, do it, just don't hurt anyone else in the process. Want to kill yourself because you're terminally ill? Cool with me. Want to drink? Go nuts, just again, don't hurt anyone...so no driving.

This still confuses me after 36yrs.1970 VIETNAM...A member of my lrrp team got his reproductive, and a large part of his left thigh blown off (lost the leg later)..."Oh Christ...Nooo,"he made a grab for our LT's 45"failed in the attempt,Kill Me you c.sucking m.f.he was begging the Lt.Then as he saw me...Oh Sgt.they blew my god damn cock off,I ain't going home like this.please jesus...We morf'd the shit out of him and he lived...he was then (after recovery)given a dishonerable discharge. The charge(s)attempted destruction of U.S.Army property, and assaulting an officer.released from service and denied any/all,benifits monetary,or medical. His name was Jason Hick,he took his own life, within days of official D.E.R.O.S...What was the point?
