If your cache is full it will make it run slower....

Unless you are on dial up you should periodically clear it...

I just checked & you have the option under the general tab to delete files. & another option to delete cookies... If you choose files your comput will be faster if it is full. You will see that immediately as you browse...

If you delete the files it will not effect your cookies, passwords etc... Those are different types of files..... the "files" cache is pictures that you download from everywhere you go.......... EVERYWHERE!!!!
