That's pretty much status quo treatment for anyone who doesn't abandon their beliefs, doesn't compromise their principles and seriously takes them to task for their warped belief system. Cookie is treated horribly because she is religious. They act like a pack of hyenas on a dead carcass. With me, though, I could dish it right back without ever crossing a line.

As A Federalist, I do not want the states encroaching on Federal powers, or vice versa.

I DO think the judge was preemptive when she threw out the law's main enforcement provisions.
Nothing I read about the law showed Az. encroaching into Federal powers.
Which was Holder's main sole argument.

The part of the decision that "US citizens will be caught up too " like there is some kinna Dragnet operation seems specious.
But there are a lot of facets, and I can also see the possibility of racial profiling.

1 judge. 1 ruling. This is gonna go all the way to SCOTUS.
I do think the case has to be heard and a plenary definition of powers needs to be laid out by SCOTUS.
