My fav one is going w/ a base sauce adding garlic crushed, a touch of hoisin sauce, soy sauce, & a hint of crushed lemon grass & crushed ginger to marinate about 24 hours+ in the frig..

(Basting)

Of course over open coals & selected woods :D

After about an hour & a quarter to hour & half add to the marinade/basting a shot of sesame oil & a drop of molasses for the next 10-15 mins & then a sprinkle w/ some seasonings & a tad of salt (MSG FREE) & garlic powder & onion powder to "roast it' the last few mins turning every couple mins.........

Smell the pounds??? lol

But worth every calorie........lol:thumbsup:

Most of the time I am....Sometimes I'm not so nice....When my family peeves me off....Grrrr! But yeah. I'm basically a fruitcake. I love to mess with peoples heads and get them laughing. It's a major goal I have maintained for decades now. And I don't give a crapola how I look to others either. Who cares? I just like to tease and get laughs out of people..... Makes them feel better and I benefit from their smiles and laughter....So it works out.....
