My back has been fucked up for a week, got shooting pains down my legs.

Think I over did it last week.

Hey peeps.
My back has been fucked up for a week, got shooting pains down my legs.

Think I over did it last week.
Cleaned house, worked 2 10 hour shifts, jogged, and lord knows what else.

I'm really getting sick and tired of being in pain.

I might even break down and take 1/2 a hydrocodone for my weekend 10 hour shifts.
As an ex-junkie I really got to watch that stuff, even a little bit starts a craving.
Still, I don't think I can sit at this computer for 20 hours over the weekend without some chemical help.

Hi there Cosmic...I was just thinkin' of you earlier wondering what had happened to you as I hadn't seen you on here much of late.

Sorry about your back...I can relate as I have a very bad one that bothers me every day of my life.... I'm due to head back to my chiropractor. Maybe you should do the same. Do you think it wise to take those pills with your background? Smoke a doobie instead or a mixed drink to relax the pain....

Good idea. I went to a friend back in Maryland who is a chiro., he gave me free visits.

It helps, but it doesn't help for long.
2 hours into my 10 hour shift, my legs are going numb.

I need to do something.
