IN all the hustle and bustle of people trying to pour through testimony of Gonzales - a few little items were missed - until a few congressmen pointed them out to the public with emphasis - and now its looking a lot more like there is really criminal actions involved:

Basically what is being said is that when the testimony is looked at about someone going to Ashcrofts bed in the hospital to override the acting Atty Gen's concerns about US citizens right to privacy - not only was the act of doing that almost treasonous (and possible it is treason) - but the act of doing it in a non-secure location with discussions of Natl Security items and paperwork in the hospital is a crime (and a felony at that)
